Noble County Disposal, Inc. is family owned and operated. Our goal is to meet the needs of our customers with reliable service at reasonable rates.
Noble County Disposal was originally started in 1972 by G.W. Potee, father to Myrna Arnold. Starting with two trucks and two employees, Noble County Disposal has grown to become a third generation company serving all of Northern Indiana, with a full range of products and services. Sam and Myrna Arnold ran daily operations for 49 years until they retired in 2021. Now their son Brice Arnold and daughter-in-law Amy run day to day operations along with their own children…Derek, Audrey and Jared. The support of all family members with the demands of this business contribute to our success. Grandchildren are also showing an interest in the business for the future. Our valued employees are like part of the family and have adopted our principles of quality service.
Noble County Disposal has established itself through reliability and hard work. Along the way, the company has built its commitment to the communities it serves by not only instituting green waste management options but also supporting local community programs and athletic teams. Noble County Disposal’s focus has remained the same since day one – service and quality. We want every customer to feel like they are our only customer. Our philosophy is simple: provide outstanding service, and our customers will keep coming back.
